Timeline for requests

We ask that requests be made at least 3 weeks in advance for most marketing projects. For urgent requests, contact the marketing coordinator directly.

Once you submit your project request, it will be reviewed. Based on our expertise, we may recommend alternative approaches to help you achieve your goals. Approved requests are added to our queue in the order they’re received, and a member of the communications team will reach out to discuss your project and address any questions. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will do our best to direct you to other resources.
