The 2024 Summer Conference was held on June 14, 2024 at KU’s Edwards Campus in the BEST Building. This year’s conference explored “Education in an AI World.” Iconoclastic thinkers in education discussed the rapidly-changing educational landscape during TED-style “EduTalks” on the exciting opportunities and complex challenges offered by artificial intelligence. The event also included “AI Playground” activities in the afternoon, with opportunities for hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools. A video recording of the morning sessions will be available to watch at a later date.

Participants in the 2022 SOEHS Virtual Summer Conference will have the opportunity to earn micro-credentials stackable for graduate credit through the Global Education Academy’s online micro-credential platform.
